No spend November?

Can I make it through this month without spending on non-essential items? By that I mean no clothes, no purses, no mid-afternoon vending machine sugar boosts. It would definitely be neat to see how much $$$ I end up saving. Estimating from previous months' expenditures, I might save anywhere from $300-500!

    I don't have a blog here yet (thinking about it), but I do lurk. And I feel ya. I think that's a great idea! I have a purse fetish and am constantly battling thoughtless spending on little luxuries that really add up. I've often calculated that I could save the same amount if I had just one atypical month. Imagine what twelve months like that could do for you!

    What is with women and purses? Stick Out Tongue Thankfully my fiance only has one at a time and it literally has to be falling apart before I can make her buy a new one.
